About
Susanne is a fully registered general psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to adults and adolescents. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, chronic pain, life transitions, addictions, and mood-related concerns. She has a particular interest in working with clients with anxiety-related disorders and OCD.
Susanne’s therapeutic approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. She believes that effective therapy is collaborative and grounded in both evidence-based therapies and authentic connection.
Susanne is known for being warm, caring, and nonjudgmental. She strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and works to help clients develop insight, resilience, and practical skills to improve their well-being and overall quality of life.
