About
Chelsea is a Clinical Psychologist with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical Psychology from Griffith University. She has clinical experience working with individuals of all ages across a range of settings, including private practice, community mental health, outpatient hospital services, and acute inpatient facilities. Chelsea works with individuals aged 13+.
Chelsea is trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy (ST).
Non-judgement, empathy, and empowerment are at the core of Chelsea’s approach to therapy. Chelsea strives to create a warm and collaborative therapeutic space where clients can deepen their understanding of their experiences, identify meaningful goals, and work toward lasting change through targeted and evidence-based interventions.
