Kym brings over 25 years of experience in medical administration and health service management across Victoria and Queensland.

Her career spans general practice, travel medicine, men’s health, physiotherapy, pain management, and specialist mental health services, including psychology and psychiatry practices.

Kym has been part of the wider group since its beginnings in 2014 and returns to her Group Operations role at The OCD Clinic after spending the past four years working in hospital administration.

This time deepened her experience in complex health systems and strengthened her commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.

She is passionate about creating calm, supportive, and well-organised practice environments where clinicians feel supported and clients feel respected and cared for from their first point of contact.

Holding a Graduate Diploma in Health Management, Kym brings thoughtful leadership, continuity, and compassion to the operational heart of The OCD Clinic.
