The Australian Psychological Society (APS) 2025–2026 Recommended Schedule of Fees lists the standard 46–60 minute consultation at $311.00. At the OCD Clinic, we believe that access to effective, evidence-based care should be both high-quality and affordable. Our consultation fees are therefore set below the APS recommendation, reflecting our commitment to accessible care without compromising excellence. Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and referral from their GP or psychiatrist may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for each consultation, which can be processed directly into their nominated bank account.
For those requiring flexibility, after-hours appointments are occasionally available. A small additional fee applies to these sessions to ensure our clinicians can continue offering timely, consistent, and high-quality care across all appointment times. Please note that the OCD Clinic operates as a full-fee private practice, which means the full session fee is payable at the time of your appointment.

Medicare Rebates
A Medicare Mental Health Care Plan can make accessing treatment for OCD, anxiety, depression, and related conditions more affordable. Eligible clients can receive rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year, helping reduce the overall cost of care.
To begin, visit your GP or psychiatrist for an assessment to determine if you qualify for a Mental Health Care Plan. Let them know that you’d like to be referred to the OCD Clinic. Once your plan is in place, you can book sessions with one of our registered or clinical psychologists.
At each appointment, the Medicare rebate will be processed directly into your nominated bank account, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.
